All ages and abilities welcome! Join Chuck Aid for our Third-Saturday Bird Walk on October 21, from 7:30 to 12:00. The Wheat Ridge Greenbelt straddles Clear Creek and includes a number of small lakes and wetland areas that provide great habitat for waterfowl. In addition the cottonwood gallery forest can be good for numerous landbirds. We’ll do a fair amount of walking, but it’s all level and on good paths.

Bring water and a snack, and meet at the Bergan Park Park-and-Ride at 7:30 AM.

These walks are for Evergreen Audubon members and their guests. Non-members won’t be turned away, but will be encouraged to join Evergreen Audubon. You must register here to attend this event.  If you are registering for more than one person, please enter each person separately.
